In Some
days, you wake up in the morning and you get that feeling of emptiness, the
desire of staying alone the whole day, you try to find excuses to not doing
anything and nothing is interesting for you anymore.
Time starts to suck out your spirit and by the end of the day, you just pretend that everything is Okay. At this moment, you need to realize the fact that you are depressed. To leave your cloudy spot you have to get up and start looking for your vitality that will help you put that big shinny smile on your face again. Here are a few things you can do when you find yourself in such a situation.

To leave your cloudy spot you have to get up and start looking for your vitality that will help you put that big shinny smile on your face again. Here are a few things you can do when you find yourself in such a situation.
Clear
your mind
The first
thing you need to do is to stay away from any source of tension or negative
thoughts, if you think you have to take a day off from work or whatever you are
doing just take it and try to find peace within yourself. You could listen to
some relaxing music while you are taking a long walk, you may even try jogging or
going to some places where you feel comfortable (personally I prefer to go to
the beach), you can also try meditation to step into a place where you love
yourself. All this will help you recalibrating your thoughts and emotions
into a semblance of order.
Live in
the present
Stop
overthinking about the future and enjoy those little moments that life gives
you every single day. Often, we are trapped in thoughts of the future or the
past that we forget to experience what is happening right now. You meet an old
friend and you start wondering when you are going to see him again. You taste a pie and you think, “It’s not as
good as I had last time”. Instead, take some few minutes to taste those little
things you are doing frequently as eating a meal or as drinking coffee and you
will begin to experience more happiness.
Surround
yourself with positive people
The human
being is easily affected by things around him and when it comes to the people
that surround him the effect is much deeper. When you are with individuals who
look at life with optimism, you begin to see life the same way too. No matter
how grim the situation may be, these people always see hope beyond the
circumstances and make efforts to improve their current status. You need
to spend time with those high-energy people that will fill you with joy and
love instead of hanging out with those who bring you down with their negativity.“If we could see that everything, even tragedy, is a gift in disguise, we would then find the best way to nourish the soul.” Elizabeth Kubler Ross
